 Hurt both my knees last week so no real exercise (barely able to walk a couple of days) so I'm pretty excited that I was able to keep my diet in check and still lose this week!5

 Eh only half a pound. This week was proof that letting myself get too stressed and fall off the wagon for a few days really shows. I was too sloppy last weekend and then the stress monday/Tuesday got to me. I am going to make this weekend better, I can't use the weekends as an excuse to go overboard and not workout. Going to search around for something outdoorsy and fun to do this weekend since the temperature will be a little better!

 I’m battling some winter re-gain since I hit my low of 158 last summer. Still getting back in the groove, so as long as I keep tracking & working on my habits and the scale moves towards my goal, I’m happy. But dang it if I don’t want to hit this goal ASAP!

 Ugh. I feel for you since I am in the same boat. After losing about 40-42 lbs I have entered a plateau. Persistence is going to be very important for me.

 This was my period week, so while it’s up from last Friday, I also had a full 2.6lb gain on most of my weigh-ins this week. Hopefully I’m somewhat on track, though I did have a couple poor eating days. I’ll wait to see how next week goes before I consider this one a wash, I’m probably still a little bloated.1
