Irene will be putting a damper on my scheduled run for sunday. I should still get in my swim and maybe I'll just bike on the trainer, or run on the treadmills at the Y0 -

2.5 hours on the trainer... ugh! :grumble: 38 miles though.
Irene made it so biking outside wasn't going to happen today. Luckily, we'll just be getting some heavy rain and wind. Nothing like what the coast is getting.0 -

Only rode 48 minutes today. Little bummed out tonight; was hoping to ride across the State of Washington. However, the rim on the back tire went out today, and I'll have to find a shop somewhere tomorrow that can build me another one. The rim I had apparently was not designed to take 365 pounds of me up 4 and 5% grades. It has been beautiful riding here though. More than likely, I won't make my mileage goals for the month now. I'm sitting at 621, and I have 139 miles to ride yet this month. I just don't think I'll find a complete wheel this quickly this time of year.0

I rode the stationary bike at the gym today since I was in a reading mood. Nothing like finishing a novel while fitting in 90 minutes of pedaling.0
-
Today is my rest day0

8/29-in for 20 minutes of riding to/from my 35 minute spin class this morning. Threw in another ride of 68 minutes after work. My knees are sore tonight--pushups without a matter at the end of spin class did not help!0
