    Ok going in the wrong direction :D I have been weighing in @ 228 for 6 days now, up 4 lbs. I know it's water weight because the scale jumped from 223.4 to 228.6 literally overnight. But just keep swimming.....hoping to see it back down by the end of this week.

    I'm going on a mini weekend vacation, and then I'll have a couple weeks before Labour Day, so my goal is going to be just to maintain this or hit 168 if possible! I'll definitely expect a small spike up next Friday and hopefully back down by the last one :)

    Considering I fell off the wagon food-wise this week and still wasn't able to exercise until yesterday due to the issues with my knees I'm ok with this. It could have been much worse. I've got my head back in the game now so I expect a much better week this coming week.
