Now or Never! 3 months til my birthday in Nov. SW 250 GW 205. Level 5! 1300 cal. a day and 30 min. exercise. I've been fighting a losing battle to a double whammy... Hypothyroidism and menopause. I have gained 30 pounds in past 12 months. This CHALLENGE is the change in my strategy and battle.9

Just a bit concerned for you regarding your daily calories = 1300, which seems really low.
I'm wicked short 4'11" and 116# and my daily calorie allotment is 1400+/day.
What does your doctor or nutritionist suggest?

Yesterday I at 2 salty things, baked pita chips and cashews. Not together, but the scale is not very nice about it. Water weight? I was down 2 more #'s the day before. I am going to have some awesome numbers next week! Look out!

My husband and I are trying to lose weight at the same time. Saturday I weighed in at 219. I got my bonus for losing 5#. Some of my clothes are not fitting me. Had to do some shopping! That is the best part about weight workouts, my body changes shape faster!
