I have to post a day early this week, but I will still try to post on Labor Day as well. Sigh--I thought my original goal of losing 3.2 pounds in 6.5 weeks was conservative. At least I am maintaining pretty well. I think after this challenge I will do an intentional maintenance for two weeks and then try again.
