Weight lost this week: Effectively no loss. That's not terrible, except I'm still up from the beginning of the month. But I am back down from a small jump I seemed to make about ten days ago and am moving back towards my goal. Essentially, once again, I'm maintaining a few small pounds over my dang goal.
August Goal: Keep my ten-day average to weigh at or below 143 (starting March 1 at 144.9)
August Actual: I think this goal may be too low since 143 is my goal, so my ten-day average should move around it. The trendweight app said I was gaining well over a pound a week last week, but that's coming back to something sustainable.
Challenge Weight loss goal: Maintain between 142 - 148.
Actual Weight loss for the challenge: Well, at least by this metric I'm doing alright. To be honest, I have revised this goal and expanded it to 140-150.

May 7: 149.1 Up just a bit. Normal fluctuation
May 14:149.6 have not eaten a meal at home in 2 days.All restaurant/fast food,so I'm going to be happy with this.

May 28: 154.3 Just returned from a week on vacation. Hopefully I can get back down by the end of the month.
May Goal: - 3.2 pounds (145)
May Actual: +1.1 (149.3) 5/31 weigh in
June 4: 148.7 going back down still after vacation. Need to make some progress this month!
June 11: 148.7 same, but TOM showed up yesterday. I think I should be lower, but we will see next week.
June 18: 147.3 hoping to finish June at 145. Reached 146.1 on Friday last week, so very doable! 1 more week!
June 25: 150.8 long 3 day weekend and way up from a sunburn and alcohol.
June Goal: -4.3 pounds (145)
June Actual: -3.4 (145.9) 6/30 weigh in so close, but about a pound off. July here I come!
July 2: 145.9 just hanging out at this weight for now. Maybe July will be good to me!
July 9: 147.6 still up from our 4 day weekend for the 4th of July
July 16: 148.2 up a bit from last week, but coming back down. I have to get my weekends under control!
July 23: 146.7 going back down. 1 more week of July.Still have not seen 143 yet, but have been 144 a couple of times.
July 30: 144.4 I've been lower than this so hopefully I will drop down tomorrow and meet my goal. So close!

August 6: 144.0 lowest Tuesday weigh in so far. Hoping to hit my goal of 140 this month!
