I have a trip to NYC at the beginning of October so hoping to lose a few pounds and increase walking beforehand. My partner is a walker and likes to go, go, go on trips so hoping this makes it easier to keep up with him!

I am working towards getting my ideal body. I will be doing OMAD and hoping to get fit before my next trip in two weeks. Its gonna be hard given by hectic schedule but l will struggle through.
