What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

A few mini goals for the next couple of monthes:
- Do a 100 pushups in one go
- Do a 100 sit ups in one go
- Be able to do a 10K run.
- Lose 10lbs

In exactly a month my partner is best man at his best friends wedding. I want to look good as his Mrs by his side.
@mattthomp1 I've lost 6lbs so far and it's estimated I'll lose at least another 4lbs by then! If I stick to the gym and good diet until then!8 -
To actually complete insanity.2

We go to Galaxy's edge in OCT and the idea of being comfortable in pics with my kids motivates me rn.4

I set a goal of doing 100 pound dumbbell presses by years end.5

I don't.usually set any goals in life until lately, my mini goal is our good friends wedding.in mid October. I don't want to be the big lady there. I want to feel confident in whatever I decide to wear and have fun, which also means continuing to work on my mind and self worth which has been going very well6

Officially hit my mini-goal of 20 pounds lost. (20.6)
Next four mini-goals are:
307, which will be 10% lost of what I want to lose. 2.4 pounds to go
305, which will be 25 pounds lost. 4.4 pounds to go
300, which will be 30 pounds lost. 9.4 pounds to go
299.9, which will be Twoderland. 9.5 pounds to go7 -
My miniest goal is Onederland at the beginning of October. I'm 206.4 lbs and maintaining again due to lack of caloric deficit. I haven't seen Onederland since 2017!!!4

My next mini goal...
To get to a healthy BMI which I'm about 5lbs off.
After that....I want to aim for the middle of healthy BMI4 -
My next mini goal is to reach the big 50lbs lost mark, that would be awesome. I’m 6lbs away from it and I hope to achieve it by the end of September. To be able to say “ I lost 50 pounds” would be great!11

I’m back on this app after too long of a break. I need to lose a LOT of weight. But, my goal for now is to lose 30 lbs by Dec 31. That should equate to one pant size, which would be super awesome!7

Mini goal is to lose at least 5 pounds by the end of September and 10 within the next 6 weeks. Down 2.2 so far so it should be doable.1

Mini goal of 10 pounds...big goal is 30. I stepped on the scale this morning and was 199.2...yikes...most I have ever been while not pregnant! Did not like seeing that number and WILL NOT hit 200!9

A Vacation in 61 Days! We havent been anywhere besides small weekend trips in 7 years!! I want to feel more energy and lose a few inches. going back to my tried and true Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. x2 rounds. Here's to hoping!!4

I gained a bunch of weight when I got pregnant; had my son is 2018 and never lost it! My first mini goal will be to reach 202lbs so that I'm not considered obese anymore - just overweight ;D lol. My second is to get back under 200lbs! I'm currently sitting at 206.5lbs.7

Getting back down to the average weight I was at in high school - 245, from my current weight of 261. I was pretty fat in high school, so I obviously have further to go, but it's a start!8

Getting back to 153-155 Maintenance Range.
Average wt in Sept so far: 156.7
Monthly Average Goal Wt: below 155
Average wt for 2019: 154.473 -
Getting under 100 kilos. Teetered around 101 for2 months now , need those scales to drop. Had a early good week, then takeout pizza today. I don’t even like pizza😣4

Wow just discovered that I am now 15.984 stones, under 16 stones. I feel better.6

I just want to get out of the 180’s! I have been stuck in them since May. I keep bouncing all around but the lowest I’ve gotten is 183. I am hoping it’s my month to get into the 170s!13

I'm literally maybe 2 weeks away from hitting a normal weight for my height, if my diet stays on track8

I bought myself a pair of jeans - the last one I bought would have been last century. Size 50 / 52 would fit me by now, but NO! I bought on purpose a size 44! Now they are hanging on the cupboard door, staring at me first thing in the morning and last thing at night. And I will wear them by the end of this year! (I hope).6

My mini goal would be to get back in the swing of Park run and more exercise by Christmas (dreaded sodding C word). My mini goal will be to get below 30 minutes. By then I should be able to shift some very stubborn fat. I need to boost my levels before Im 50.1

A little more than 6 months ago I got a gym membership for basically the first time in my life, motivated by a couple of pounds of holiday gain and winter cabin fever. I was 135 pounds at the time. The first couple of weeks I only did simple cardio machines like the treadmill, and found that I dropped 5 pounds in that period. I knew it was newbie water weight loss but I logged the progress anyway and celebrated hitting 130. Then I got over my shyness and started weight training and my weight shot back up again to 135, and has fluctuated within a few pounds of that ever since. Still, I didn't change my stated weight loss on my MFP profile. Finally, though, I've recently managed to get a hold on things well enough to bring myself back down to 132, so the mini-goal is to re-achieve 130 and make my MFP profile match reality.4

I'm about 4 pounds away from my original goal weight, the last time I lost weight, so that is my next goal. I want to lose more this time because it was at the very top of a healthy weight for me, but it will be amazing to reach it again.4
