I am working towards getting my ideal body. I will be doing OMAD and hoping to get fit before my next trip in two weeks. Its gonna be hard given by hectic schedule but l will struggle through.

After tracking for about 5 months, I've realized that right before I start my period my weight spikes about 2 lbs. The first time that happened, I was horrified! Now I recognize the signsI'm at 159.4 today and I'm not (completely) freaking out over that.
