    I recommend joining the Keto group and the Low Carber Daily Forum group on here.

    Lots of food ideas, lots of active discussions. Getting in calories can be tricky on keto and is a common discussion.

    Also finding friends on Keto, is great for checking out others' diaries.

    Everyone has this way or that way to reboot a metabolism. I'm still waiting for someone to come up with how to resolve an IRQ conflict in the metabolism.
