What’s your favorite BCAA?

For those of you who take BCAA what’s your favorite brand & flavor? I’ve been using BPI Sports for awhile. But I think I want to try something new.

I've used optimum nutrition Amino Energy... more so for the caffeine than the BCAAs.

I get them on line from either Biotest or True Nutrion or Bulk Supplements - un flavored , plain , no additives

I eat plenty of fish, chicken, and some red meat so I'm not deficient. There is no need for BCAA suppliments unless perhaps you endurance train fasted and/or a vegan in some cases. We get plenty in a well balanced diet.

Ok thanks. But I was asking for responses from people who do take them.

You won’t get a bunch of supplement support here. I am trying the Optimum gold standard ones soon as I had a trial and liked my performance.

When I'm low on protein I supplement with whey protein - which contains a significant amount of BCAAs (like most protein rich foods).

When I'm not low on protein I'm not low on BCAAs.
