    1. Aiming for 3 weight training classes a week, 5 cardio sessions a week and walking 10k steps daily. - This week's goals smashed! I weighed myself today as it's weighing day at the gym.
    2. Track all meals and stay under my calorie limit - Met this week apart from 1 day so all good!

    By October I hope to lose the last 8-10 pounds and be in maintenance. I have been doing this for a year now and assumed I would already be there, but alas I am still working on it. So good luck everyone! My weigh in days will be every Saturday. They seem to be my best days and the lowest.

    08/01: 143.7 I think this is a little higher than it should be, but we are starting here.
    08/03: 142.2 I've been here for a couple of days now, hoping for a loss next week
    08/10: 139.6 this seems super low today. It will probably bounce up a bit, but I’m happy with it today
    08/17: 142.1 I have not been doing great this last week. Monday I’m back on track I matter what.
    08/24: 142.1 same as last week but that’s ok. The last couple of weeks I have not been on my best game!
    8/31: In Texas to deal with Mark’s dad’s stuff

    Sept 8: 251.0, down .4 lbs since last week, 6.4 since start of the challenge. Was at 250.0 yesterday. Sundays and Mondays are always seem to go up a few decimal points...

    Sep 01: 124.4 :: started couple days early in Aug and already making progress. Dropped from 129 to 125. Now, keep on momentum going and be responsible during long weekend for labor day.

    Sep 08: 124.4 :: with exception of 1 day where I drank 2 glasses of wine and went over calories that day by 500, did fairly well. Need to focus on being more active and cutting drinking out completely. Weight is not moving but body shape is looking better in the mirror. Next weekend is the birthday plans so need to plan better around it.

    Weekly Update...

    Better week. 👏👏👏 Still slooooow progress, but I'll take slow. My landscaping project is almost done, so I was able to get more rest (which apparently my body needed). 💪 I've been sloppy with my CICO counting and need to clean that up some. 😬 But overall I'm feeling pleased. Have a great week everyone. 🤗

    Over the moon with progress so far. Working on strength and relieved that scale is still dropping. I may reset my goal if I hit the 10 lbs. Changing CGW to 152 would take me to my lowest weight in 40 years.
