It's frustrating. I feel like this has been a good week, I've definitely worked at making exercise a part of my daily and weekly routine, I've increased my water intake, and tried out a healthy recipe or two here and there, but had a mini gain.
I almost didn't want to log or acknowledge it because I don't want to get discouraged... but at least in my heart I KNOW it has been a good week!

I was really stressing my weight gain this week....but after looking at this I realized that a 6 pound weight loss last week was awesome!! And in reality, I have only gained .6 pounds. Maybe it's more about the big picture. I've still lost over 20 pounds. I'm sticking between 1,000 and 1,200 calories a day. I'm 5 feet 8 inches tall. This has been really tough this past week....0 -
