Yes, this happened to a teacher friend of mine...Gained some weight because sitting all day long rather than standing/moving round classroom...she also had to tutor TWThSat after work because husband lost his job. 😢

That's such a shame that your friend's husband lost his job. I hope they manage through this okay 🌼
Thankfully, I don't work at a school, it's all individual language tuition. Although I hated travelling all over the city to my students' work or homes, it did get me out and I was more active. I also sell my craftwork online, which I do at the weekends and evenings when I'm not teaching, but it's not an active job either. Thank goodness, I picked up an exercise bike and I'm making sure I get out of the house to go shopping-walking every day.
We're all in this and let's hope we all get through it relatively unscathed.
