    1,000th day - weighed 205 on 9/27/17
    Oct 4 161.2 (injury, swelling)
    Oct 11 161.7 but wt is decreasing!!

    Nov 15 156.74 ✅ -4.0 lbs but many more inches❣was a rough 6 weeks, but things are looking up!

    I ate roughly the minimum of what I wanted to eat today. I was rather busy so I didn't go to the gym.
