You did Great!! Slow & steady wins the race AND prepares us for successful maintenance !!

    Sept 19: 178.6 Back & Forth like a See-Saw. Travel damage.

Oct 10:……. 175.2 Don’t forget to schedule your mammogram!

Oct 17:……. 175.4 Some travel this week. I hope to have an okay scale victory for next week regardless.

Oct 24:……. 179.2 Too much travel this week. More to come. Going to Univ hospital about 4 hours from home for my cancer re-check and mammograms. Hoping for the best! I will have my work cut out for me when I get home Thurs night.

Oct 31:……. 177.2 Mammogram turned out great. I am still in remission. I can’t believe I pulled off a loss this week with all the traveling I have done! I am still down from the beginning of the month so that is disappointing.

Challenge Weight Loss so Far: – 4.4 lb Loss

GOAL Weight Loss for this Challenge: 18 Lbs
Total ACTUAL Weight Loss for this Challenge: 4.4 lbs Lost

Final Challenge Thoughts: While I didn’t come near my goal, I did lose a little in the right direction. Every little bit helps. I thought summer would be the most challenging, but September and October have been the worst since I started my journey. I’m just glad I didn’t get a gain and keep it.! I look forward to the next challenge that @tiabirdie56 started yesterday.

    Total Loss: 6kg (~13lbs)

    Av. loss: 0.5kg (1lb) a week over 13 weeks/3mths.

Last month more about maintenance than loss, getting my body comfortable with low 60s (not high 60s) to help avoid rebounding when the silly season comes
