    So. Coming off some joint pain. Did 2 rest days. Felt much better last night, but opted for a 2-mile walking trail. Will start back at 40 and shoot for 50. Not sure I can, but I can try.

    Strength Training: (with accelerated reps)
    • 9/1-4 - 20, 25, 30, Rest ✔
    • 9/5-7 - 30, 35, Rest ✔
    • 9/8-20 - 35, 40, Rest ✔
    • 9/11-12 - Rest, 2-mile walk ✔
    • Next 9/13-15 - 40, 45, 50 (I hope)
