BLUE TEAMS KID FRIENDLY RECIPE....
My son's favorite cookies. Plus they are super easy to make and freezer friendly!
From Weelicious.com (LOVE this site!) http://weelicious.com/2010/05/14/o-cookies/
“O” Cookies! (Makes 30 Cookies)
1/2 Cup Nut Butter (almond, peanut or sunflower)
1/2 Cup Rice Syrup
4 Cups O’s Cereal (you can use whatever “O”-type cereal you like: Cheerios, Trader Joe’s O’s, etc.)
1. Place the nut butter and rice syrup in a small saucepan over low to medium heat and warm for 2 minutes or until it becomes smooth and combined.
2. Place the cereal in a bowl.
3. Pour the warm nut butter/rice syrup mixture into the bowl with the cereal and stir to combine.
4. Shape into cookies (I used a mini ice cream scooper to scoop out each portion, but you could also use a tablespoon). You can also place the mixture into a 9 x 9 inch ungreased pan, pat down and then cut into bars. As the O’s mixture cools, it will harden.
5. Serve.
~50 calories per cookie0 -

Any one know where they went and why??? I'm left kinda scratch'n my head over here?????0 -

Focus on fruits and veggies today. Eat a big salad (with fat free or low fat dressing) before lunch and dinner. It goes a long way towards filling you up and will help to cut your fat intake big time. Make snacks a bowl of fresh fruit with a low fat yogurt. Good luck!0 -

As Lynda said I will be out of town until Tuesday night on a work trip, I will try to say hello as often as I can but I am sure I will be super busy but we all get addicted to MFP and SAHMU so I don't know how long I can stay away, all of you have a great week!!0 -
Hello there fellow mommies!!! Hope everyone is doing great :-) I just wanted to say that this weeks challenges have been good nice simple but effective! I need to make some personal adjustments for health reasons but the drive and want are there. I think we all have done awesome and though some of us had or have faced some adversities we seem to be sticking strong andthats awesome! I hope to continue to receive and give support even after the challenge. All of you though we might be on different teams or we might not relate as much, are all an inspiration to me. Thank you!0
