Could give me an idea of what some of the mini-challenges. I am new to this and somewhat sedentary. I just started a walking program but don't know if your mini-challenges will be too hard for me.

The mini-challenges aren't that hard...might be to exercise 30 minutes/day for 5-6 days of the week, stay under on sodium every day (which is actually pretty hard!), drink all your water for each day, things like that. Sometimes we might pair a fitness challenge with a nutritional challenge, because sometimes people tend to focus on one and not the other. They're all definitely doable, though, regardless of your current fitness level.0 -
