The ck engine light came on in my car yesterday.
Same thing I took it to the dealer for a month back. (that was over $1000.)
I was told then that if this happened I would need to replace lifters and it would cost over $1000.

My car is a 2012 Yukon Denali and paid off.
Do I keep dumping $1000. into my car or do I just bite the bullet and buy a new car, back to payments.

I honestly can’t decide, I really like not having payments!

Do you need/want such a large vehicle?

if it's a 2012, and if the mileage is reasonable, it's still probably worth something.

    options:

Sell it and buy a gently used, smaller (and more reliable) car.

Keep it and continue on the maintenance and repair costs... and drive it into the ground.

Sell it, go into debt for a similar vehicle. (not the best option.)

I tend to buy gently used Japanese cars, by just writing a check, and driving them until they drop.

    I'm hurting.
Well actually it hurts when I move.
I did 14miles on the bike today and even did HIIT for 10 minutes (almost died).
I can't even pinpoint what muscle it is to see if there's any stretches or anything I can do. Posterior upper thigh pain slightly towards the outside of my leg where my leg meets my *kitten*.
Soaking in the hot tub and will follow with a pool dip to see if it helps.

Really hurt myself on my workout today. Can't stand up without hurting. I can't bend over to pick stuff up. I almost cried the first time it stabbed me. I've been careful ever since.

So now my husband insists on me not working out on the bike the next few days.
Of course I whined till he said I could but not as long and hard as I did today.

So tomorrow is a slow and steady short workout.

the only way to feel freedom is by taking the opposite sex off your mind

Freedom from what exactly? Loneliness? Elaborate homie?
