Loving this thread & everyone’s photos are very inspiring!
Here’s my photo before and after with work still in progress.

You look so much more toned! Amazing progress! 💪💪💪2 -

These are over the last 2 years, both at lower and upper end of range. I’m a wee bit over my range now (133.54), so this elk through photos is a good reminder of why it’s worth it to tighten things up for a few weeks! I haven’t been climbing as much lately, so that usually translates into eating more and lifting more and gaining a bit. When I regularly have to haul myself up the wall or launch my short self up a reachy route I tend to keep a better handle on things!
Wow, just wow! Looking fantastic and strong 💪 💪💪 great job!1 -

About a year and 92 pounds apart!
Wow, what a transformation. Go on with your bad self. Great job!14 -
Maintaining my weight loss for close to a year now This is unheard of for me. I am a 62 year old grandma. It took 7.5 months to reach my goal weight and went from a size 20-22 to a 6-8. I work full time as a NICU nurse and enjoy walking on my days off.42 -
No way are you 62!5

Vacation pix from earlier this week. I’m carrying an extra 5lbs gained over the summer but didn’t let that hold me back from feeling bikini confident or eating all the foodz! gonna get back to calorie counting and lose the 5 lbs to return to my maintenance range hope everyone had a fantastic summer!!!

Like the idea of this post. This is me before I committed to working out 18 weeks ago. Before this I was working out for 3 weeks per year during the run up to summer.

At 120-ish (on vacation in France, so not weighing)
