Just a little low-fat milk.1

Nothing. A well grown and roasted coffee well brewed is wonderful as is.11
-
Sugar free syrup1
-
skim milk or 1 tablespoon of creamer1
-
Freshly ground, home-roasted coffee beans and water, usually in a 1:15 ratio by weight.3

I bought two flavored coffee creamers in September, one Snickers and one S'mores. I drank creamy, sweet delicious coffee but I decided those should be treats and not every day joys. So for 5 days now, I've had mine black with no creamer. I'm kind of...well, blah... over this...2

Nada! The only way I like hot coffee is black and minus sugar. This is a truth I'm very thankful for4

A quarter cup of Fairlife 2% milk in a 10 oz coffee. When I'm feeling fancy I add a teaspoon of Ovaltine.3
-
I put a little almond milk creamer with Monkfruit.1
-
A tablespoon of heavy cream, a tablespoon of coconut oil, and a tablespoon of monkfruit sweetener.0

1 cup each day gets 1 tbsp heavy cream. The rest of the pot of coffee is taken black most days. Occasionally I put a cinnamon stick in the pot for some nice flavor.2

Can’t give up my coffee creamers yet lol

Almond milk for me; black coffee is too harsh and gives me a stomach ache.0
-
1 tablespoon of full fat cream, about 85 calories1

Nothing, real (proper) coffee doesn't need it

I drink a latte at home. I bought a $10 milk frother. Best thing ever.
Whole milk and brown sugar. Best use of 100 calories4 -
Nothing.0

a little cream and a little sugar. I've tried black but just can't do it. I have cut down from 'double-double' to 'one and one' to now about half - half so.......0

Black.
Sometimes with a heaping tsp of Hills Brothers White chocolate mocha. Occasional treat, Starbucks grande white chocolate mocha, skim milk, no whipped cream.0 -
Heavy whipping cream is my favorite food group. I went cold turkey with that because my coffee calories were more than a meal. Lately, due to a lorra lorra snow and blizzards I've been adding a tad (1 teaspoon) of squeezable nutiva coconut manna and 1 teaspoon of kerrygold butter together. It's really good but I'm watching my portions or I'll end up using too much of my food budget on coffee. This squeezable coconut manna only has 1 gm of sugar and they have several flavors. It is sooo tasty. I also like to add pumpkin pie spice or a variety of spices to mix things up, especially if I'm swilling it black.

I drink it black - no sugar - I use good Columbian coffee and it has a good flaver - later in the day I have ice coffee - same deal2

If it's good coffee, nothing. If it's less than - a tbsp or so of milk and maybe a little sugar. Thankfully I typically drink good coffee.1

I’m off to Target in a few minutes to look for a $10 frother. Starting tomorrow it will be decaf lattes. You didn’t ask, but in the afternoon, I’ll have a London Fog with frothed milk.1

I mostly drink it black these days but sometimes add in some skim milk / low fat milk depending on how I'm feeling. I've never really needed sugar in my coffee although I do LOVE Vietnamese coffee which is laden with sweetness being heavily laced with condensed milk. Viet coffee is probably the only time I still drink sweet coffee now0

More coffee lol. I've always had it black and without sugar, so nothing needed to be tweaked. I did notice I started drinking more coffee when I started dieting, but that's about it.1

Splenda and peppermint extract or cinnamon. Occasionally, a tablespoon of cream.0

I dabbled with bullet proof coffee, but didn't find it filling, so cut back on the fat and added protein powder and fiber, and called it a meal.

I don't drink coffee. I drink tea: Chai and whole milk, with 1 tsp Splenda.0
-
30ml Sugar free creamer, skinny syrup.. usually pumpkin spice syrup0

The 20oz travel mug gets 1/4 cup of whipping cream and 1/4 cup of coffee cream, a few drops of hazelnut stevia, and fresh ground French pressed dark roast.0
