Down 40lbs before the New Year rolls around challenge!

Okay, I've decided to start this challenge to get me pumped about losing this weight. I hope there are others out there willing to join in to help me out!!

1. you have to work out at LEAST 3 days a week for an hour

2. you MUST stay within all of your ranges, Calories, protein...etc (EVERY DAY)

3. you weigh in every monday to let everyone know how much you lost that week!

4. EVERY monday when you post how much you lost, you must be honest and let everyone know if you met all the challenge goals for the week or not! If you did, let us know how easy it was for you...LOL!! If not, let us know what barriers you faced!

It's never too late to get in on this challenge, it will end on Dec. 31st at 11:59 pm!! On New Year's DAY come back and post your success at this challenge!!! Remember this challenge will be going on during the holidays too and all the same rules apply...LOL!! JOIN ME!!

    I may not be able to get the 60 minute work outs in though because I'm having issue with my asthma at the moment, but I can definitely do 30 minute walks and what not.

    Oh and for those of you that can't work out for an hour in one day due to health reasons, you can break it up. As long as you've worked out for at LEAST 180 minutes in that week, YOU DID IT!

    180hours of workout? Is that a type-o? You mean 180 mins? 3 days times 1 hour (60 mins)

    And please feel free to post anytime if you need some extra motivation! You don't have to necessary wait to Monday to check in. Monday is just our official day to say if we met our goals or not and how much we lost and how challenging or not challenging it was to make it through the week. However if you are like me, you may need some words of encouragement before then...LOL! So post away!
