3 October 296.3! Yay! Pleased with that and confirms that yesterday was a lack of drinking water!
4 October 295.9 still going in the right direction for now but I think that may change tomorrow!
6 October 294.4 didn't weigh yesterday, was up early to do a major road trip and not awake enough. Happy to see it's still going in the right direction though! 😁

My youngest son got a concussion and we were in the hospital all night last night and dinner consisted of a pizza I grabbed on the way home at 10 and absolutely no workout. All in all, I’m ok with that number today.
