10 kg sit ups x3
V-ups 12x3
12 kg russion twists 20 x3

    2 mile run (working on increasing my run distance atm im still a beginner) and two 2 mile walks with the dogs. Was cardio day today 😁

    Bent over barbell row 50kg 4x10
    DB seated shoulder press 20kg 3x10
    Bent over machine row 20kg 3x10
    Bicep curls 10kg 3x10
