    10/4: 150.5 (yes, it went up)
    10/11: 148.5 (but this was because I had a major tummy upset and couldn't eat properly) (also, I'm in the 140s!)

    10/25 -175 😭 Had my period + lack of sleep + stress. I hope this water weight vacates my body real soon 😒

    Looks like I'm going to be short of my 150 goal, but I am VERY happy with my progress so far. I'm down 15lbs, and only 10 away from my ultimate goal.

    10/12 No idea because I’m on holiday! Food-wise I’ve been tracking everything but eating whatever I want (which is eye-opening - a mere 2000 cals over target yesterday 😱) so I expect it to be carnage next week πŸ™ˆ
    10/19 165.5 (-2) = -7 Dont know how that happened!! We walked miles everyday but I made up for it in alcohol but I’m not arguing πŸ˜„

    Not going to make my goal but i think I have to learn to be less aggressive with 12.4 lbs to go til goal. I’m averaging .5 lb a week right now, but still in downward trend

    = 4.2 lbs total loss

    Like two or three other people here, just a 0.5 lbs loss a week. But at least the scale is going in the right direction.

    I've had a cold for the past three days and haven't exercised.

    Okay, it went up a bit because of my cold and lack of exercise. I'm delighted that the scale finally started moving in the right direction!

    This challenge went real fast, the time flew by. Managed to nearly hit my goal. Next up will be trying to hit 184 by Thanksgiving and then 180 by the end of 2019.
