    Agreed with @geraldaltman . Don't smoke with the girls at school! And teach her about not overeating! And exercise is important. I wish I knew what I know now, 10 years ago

    Utilize the heck out of the free therapy and medical while you're at college, you'll miss it when it's gone and you can't afford it after you graduate. EVER.

    • Learn to cook simple dishes for yourself with your limited budget. You'll regret having to learn all this crap later on.
    • Don't let anyone give you *kitten*. If they do, dump them. They are not worth your time and you do NOT deserve to be told you make someone "feel so dirty they will never be clean". EVER.
    • Tell the people you have feelings for that you have feelings for them instead of waiting around. You'll find out in a decade or more why.
    • Appreciate the good friends you have, you never know when they'll be gone for good.
    • Don't spend so much energy hiding and hating your body because it's not "thin and pretty" like the other college co-eds. Plenty of people are attracted to you, find you engaging and want to develop meaningful relationships with you, friend and otherwise. Go with it.
    • Volunteer more at the SPCA. Getting to sit in a room and do nothing but pet kitties all day and brush them is awesome. And cathartic. A great use of time.
