02 Nov - 172.3 - Ok so today I am journaling every bite. I have been a bit loosey goosey with the journaling and it makes a huge difference. I am feeling a bit discouraged honestly. I am trying to keep focused on the fact that this is not a diet but how I will eat for the rest of my life. I have continued to weigh in every day unless I am on vacation. This was my main goal when I started. It is the first time in my life that I have done this and I plan to continue to weigh in always. If I stop I immediately start gaining so I guess I need to focus on the fact that at least I am not gaining!

Thank you for this group! Iβm late to this large lovely group! It is great that so many want motivation! π Love the accountability for each day! Iβm all in as I was horrible this weekend! Funerals also cause me to eat more π’ Now when I typed this out I was confused as I thought it was only weight loss measurements and then realized so many used stones or Kg that I stayed with my pounds but like the idea of stones. My original goal was to weigh 10 stones (140 lbs) as I started out at 17.7 stones. (247.5 lbs)
