    02 Nov - 157.6 - Pizza and cheese fries for dinner last night, not proud but still fit it into my CICO goals.
    03 Nov - 159.8 - Bad eating day yesterday. Ate way too much sushi at an all-you-can-eat restaurant.
    04 Nov - 160.1 - I could not stop snacking yesterday :(
    05 Nov - 160.2 - Did much better yesterday. Gotta get rid of the water weight from the weekend binge. I couldn't have gained 3lbs in one weekend, right? Open to any suggestions!
    06 Nov - 159.6 - 2 days in a row meeting my goals. Hoping this drop sticks.

    Thank you all for this group! I only did weight loss measurements in pounds. My original goal was to weigh 10 stones (140 lbs) as I started out at 17.7 stones. (247.5 lbs)

    Hoping November will be my month of great weight drop! I have a lovely dress I want to fit into by Christmas! A 15lb drop will guarantee this! So here is hoping I drop 10lbs this month!
