    KJLaMore I use too walk 5 miles a day but I was 10 years younger. The only way I can do that now is when we are camping in the parks. I can walk a couple of miles, rest and in a few hours a couple or more.

    Everyone who comes and does SOMETHING is a winner in my book!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never want too be a 'couch potato' again! I may be getting older but it does not mean I have too give up/quit!
