Anyone can join and set their own goals and expectations. This is an open challenge for everybody and anybody to join and see what we can lose together as a group. It's a continuation of the one that just ended on November 21, 2019. It's a great way to see how daily fluctuations happen all of the time, but you can continue to lose weight and see results in the end. This will end on February 29, 2020 (happy leap year) so hopefully we can get rid of some of the extra weight before then. Good luck everyone!

Not entirely firm on my goal weight - I really have to see how my body changes with more resistance training. I am 5'5, so I'm already at a fairly low BMI (20.6).4 -

My challenge goal is past my UGW - I would like to see if it is attainable since I have been thinking of hovering between 110 to 115 for maintenance.
Once I quit my 2nd seasonal pt job in December - the real challenge of continuing to lose or maintaining will start.

Took the weekend off from logging and just relaxed. The shingle meds are worse than the stupid shingles. I can't eat and have 0 energy. I actually feel really good today for the first time in about a week. Hoping to be 100% by Thanksgiving! Looks like everyone started the new 100 day challenge with a great start.6 -

My first weight goal is 54 kg.
I am only 157 cm tall( should have said short), so I am currently borderline overweight.
I used to weigh 51 kg in university, with 50.5 as my lowest ever weight while studying.
I currently work a desk job and struggle to get back on track with excercise after a knee injury.
Whenever I log regularly, my weight does not shoot up, so this might keep me more accoubtable. 🤔

My first weight goal is 54 kg.
I am only 157 cm tall( should have said short), so I am currently borderline overweight.
I used to weigh 51 kg in university, with 50.5 as my lowest ever weight while studying.
I currently work a desk job and struggle to get back on track with excercise after a knee injury.
Whenever I log regularly, my weight does not shoot up, so this might keep me more accoubtable. 🤔

Day 01 – 11/22 ……185.6……Off to a good start with very careful menu planning yesterday and a walk that was extra long. Good luck to everyone this round! This challenge will probably be the hardest of the entire year because of all the holidays. We can do this!
Day 02 – 11/23 ……185.2…… Lunch yesterday with a friend but still down 0.4. Happy with that. Dinner tonight with a different friend but they promised to make it low carb friendly so we shall see!
Day 03 – 11/24 ……185.0…… A small & welcomed drop.
Day 04 – 11/25 ...….183.6…… Thrilled with today. Tomorrow & Wednesday brings Big City travel to a country bumpkin like me. I have to admit it, I am already looking forward to restaurants & treats. I’ve decided to pick one day to contain myself, and the other to indulge. My goal is to be more mindful tomorrow (Day 1 of travel).
Day 05 – 11/26 ……184.0…… Travel Day canceled until tomorrow. I have NO IDEA why my weight fluctuated up. Perfect eating day yesterday & a ton of extra calorie burn. Not enough water, could that be it? Never enough sleep-in the 4 hour range again but that is typical for me.

Better. Losing more will happen, but it probably won't be quick. More exercise has given me greater flexibility with my diet. I've been able to incorporate some vegan junk food (sweet and spicy Doritos!) - stuff that usually doesn't fit since I always make sure I get my nutrition first. It's definitely more sustainable and I don't have to worry as much about getting ridiculous hungry.3 -

Day 1: 138.7 I have barely eaten in 2 days because of medication for shingles. So this will probably bounce back up, but was kind of happy to see it
