Thankyou SERmom3 for starting this thread, I started up the ones for the previous 3 months and love looking at everyone’s progress, but I’ve slipped this past 3 weeks looking after my very ill mom so losing weight took a back burner, just been maintaining, hoping to maintain this month and will do weight updates tomorrow x 😀

I’m in too. Just rejoined MFP after some terrible lab work at my annual physical! I’m 48 w/goal to be at (maintaining) a healthy BMI by my 50th! My scale ran out of battery today so will weigh Monday 12/2 and on Mondays overall. Goal is for a 10# loss in December.
