Should be 504 for the month. I made it. Was worried since I start traveling today for the rest of the month. I am taking my bike with me hopefully I get some free time to ride before month end. My goal was only 300 but was bumped to 500.

Okie how are you doing, you going to get to your 125 or 150?? I have 13 miles left to get to 500.

You got two days to finish Okie, 12.5 miles each day you can do it. And if not it is still impressive.

Congrats thcri of increasing your mileage and getting it done! Thanks for the kind words. I need that inspiration.

Today I did inventory all day for my job that I started last month. And, I'll finish up with it tomorrow. I forgot how demanding that is on your body; but, I got a good workout with all the bending, walking and moving boxes that I had to do. We'll see tomorrow if I have anything left in me after my shift to ride.

I didn't think I was going to make it due to a few problems I had this month, but my total ended up being 315.43 miles. Not too shabby. I'm going to up that to 350 for next month.

I did 120 which was short of my goal of 200, but weather got in the way. Please do another challenge in Sept.

I'm just so super proud of myself! Last month was a hard month for me with my Mom passing. I did 55.66 miles in July; but, cranked it up in August to 125.72 miles. I surpassed my initial goal of 100 miles.

Next month I'm in it for 150 miles!

Completed 670 miles in August, which wasn't quite my goal.

However, I logged my 2000th mile of the year, having started in April. I've averaged losing 30 pounds every 1000 miles, so I only have 5500 miles left to ride. Anyone want to go with me? I still have 165 pounds left to lose…

I am happy with my progress, so I will keep pedaling...

    You've done great, OkieWorkout!

I logged 305 miles this month, which was 75 miles less than July, but I did travel for 10 days in August, which put a cramp in my cycling for 7 or 8 days straight.

I hope to break July's high (379) in September. I'm busier at work but the weather will be conducive to riding at times other than early morning, hopefully.

    You guys are awesome!

Not sure where I finished up in August. Nowhere close to 100 though. And September won't be any better. I still have 2 more weeks of my sprint tri program. Then I will be spending the rest of September and the first week of October getting ready for my 10 miler, so running will be my priority. Once I am through the 10 miler though, I'm hoping hubby and I can rack up some mileage before the weather gets too cold.

Hubby, however, is doing crazy weekly mileage right now since he started training for the Seagull Century in October. Here's a link to the race if you want to check it out. http://www.seagullcentury.org/
