            Hello! I really like this initiative and I want to join in. I need some accountability and my friends, colleagues and family aren't being very helpful, even though I shout at everyone these days that I am on a diet. I guess they don't take me very seriously, but this time I really am though. 
 My height is 1m 62 and I am 24 years old.
 Starting weight: 68 kg (2017) now: 62,7 kg (Nov 2019)
 Start weight this month: 61 kg
 Goal weight this month 58 kg
 Target goal weight 54 kg
 I have only been on a diet once before. In 2017 I recovered from falling down stairs. I broke 2 bones, unsurprisingly I didn't have a good time at all! After healing from the broken bones and being pathetic, I noticed that I had gained a lot of weight (64->68 kg). Before My BMI was already at 25 because of my lazy lifestyle at uni, eating my feelings and not exercising. I felt so disgusted with myself: I was officially overweight and it wasn't because of my growing muscles at the gym. It took me 6 months to lose 10 kg with intermittent fasting (I didn't know this term back then), counting calories and exercising twice a week. My goal was to reach 54 kg, like I used to weigh when I was in high school. I ran running competitions back then and I was pretty proud of my strength and my body. Ever since then, I haven't had the same self confidence and I want it back!! Unfortunately, this hasn't happened yet.
 I only started being on a diet again 2-3 weeks ago. I saw on the scales that I reached 62,7 kg again and I was a little triggered. I know that I didn't gain an immense amount of weight and I do not consider myself very fat, but it gets frustrating. The past year I have only tried to lose weight half-heartedly, which is in my opinion even worse than not being on a diet: I didn't see any results because in the morning I would skip breakfast just to eat a brownie and drink a caramel macchiato after lunch with my co-workers. Well, right now I am not a lazy student anymore. I have my own little routine: I work, try to sleep 8 hours a day, try not to spend too much money and waste plastic, I cook my own meals, etc... I can do this!
 I am not sure how long it will take me to reach my target goal weight. But three months of accountability might do the trick. Afterwards I will try to focus on maintaining my weight and I will start running again and using light weights. I figured I shouldn't be doing intensive exercise at the moment, because I noticed this sabotages me and makes me binge. Therefore, these days I just walk a lot and sometimes go to a yoga class.
 I am sorry for this long message, I guess I just needed to vent. English isn't my first language, but feel free to correct me. I love to learn from my mistakes.

            Back again. Starting the month out with a bit of inflated number due to way to much alcohol, food from Thanksgiving, eating out the last couple of days, and have a 5 day weekend with my family. Hopefully once I get back to work on Monday it will drop off fairly quickly. My lowest in November right before Thanksgiving was 137.7 and I am hoping to be back in the 130's by the end of the first week.
 May gained: 1.1 pounds (149.3)
 June lost: 3.4 pounds (145.9)
 July lost: 2.2 pounds (143.7)
 August lost: 0.1 pounds (143.6) maintained
 September lost: 2.7 pounds (140.9)

            I've lost a little more than 20 pounds since late July, but I've been slipping up lately and not hitting my calorie target as consistently as I was earlier in the process. My goal for December is to finish the year strong and get back into the "normal" BMI range (<157 lbs).
