    I've lost a little more than 20 pounds since late July, but I've been slipping up lately and not hitting my calorie target as consistently as I was earlier in the process. My goal for December is to finish the year strong and get back into the "normal" BMI range (<157 lbs).

    Starting weight: 184.6
    Start weight this month: 163.7
    Goal weight this month: 156.9
    Target goal weight: TBD

    01 Dec: 163.7 - stayed on track with my diet; no exercise

    Starting weight 182 lbs I then piled on weight due to steroids after having a stroke.
    Start weight this month 198.2 lbs
    Goal weight this month 195 lbs
    Target goal weight 155 lbs which is my pre stroke weight

    May put on 1 lb
    June put on 0.2 lbs
    July put on 1.8 lbs
    August put on 0.8 lbs
    September stayed the same
    October put on 0.6 lbs
    November put on 2lbs

    01 Dec: 14st 12.8 (+0.7lb) - Impact of Chinese takeaway on Friday and cinema popcorn yesterday...
    02 Dec: 14st 11.7 (-1.1lb / -0.8lb) -  mainly water loss, but I'm happy

    Hello everyone! I'm starting this month with a gain after a weekend away, I'm looking for an extra push to compensate for all the festivities over-indulgences. If I finish this month at the same weight, or anything under, I'll be happy :wink:

    July - lost 3lbs...then went on holiday and gained 5lbs back 🙄
    August- lost 2lbs
    September and October - I went off it and put all the weight and more back on 😔
    November - lost 7lbs 😀😀

    Ultimate goal: 98 lbs, but that maybe too low. Main goal is to be healthier & stronger.

    Dec 2 = 156.6 Well, I'm not surprised cause I blew it, yesterday, and had 2 slices of pie.Why? just a weak moment & the temptation of this whole beautiful pie that was going to be thrown away. I took it home for my husband & then dove in, too. What a nut! I can & will do better!

    I was down to 204, but stopped logging and ballooned back up plus more. It's that TOM right now, so maybe I'm retaining some water, but it wont be a lot. Goal this month is to get to at least 210 and start using the treadmill again.
