Beans. Usually kidney beans and chickpea. I really like beans, and being vegan, for me it's one of the best sources of protein and iron.2

My go to breakfast is steel cut oats made with milk, walnuts, and apples, topped with berries and Greek yogurt. I eat dark chocolate every day. Greek yogurt, berry blend, and cacao powder with vanilla and almond butter is my go-to dessert. I always have boxed mixed salad, broccoli, frozen mukimame and frozen artichoke hearts in the fridge. Usually at least once a week I have a modest amount of spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs and a side of spinach, chicken thighs roasted in Wickers marinade with crowder peas and greens, or pork roast with root vegetables. I also make room for French fries on run days.0

Just coffee. There are many foods I eat most days, but my lunches and dinners vary and my breakfasts tend to be different based on the time of year and often skipped on weekends.0

My breakfast is always the same: plant-based protein bar (dairy/whey gives me the gurgles, which I don't need before a long run or bike ride! ) and a piece of fruit.
Almost always have walnuts as a snack.
Some sort of bean or legume is involved in dinner.
Usually have broccoli and bell peppers some time during the day.
Other than that, my diet varies from day to day, and I cook all meals other than breakfast from scratch.

@just_Tomek I absolutely love this milk..it’s my chocolate treat not just an after workout drink. More importantly for me...I’m trying to get what I need from the food I eat and not spend on supplements/powders to add to my food. Those powders can come with additional sugars/carbs which I definitely don’t need😬.4

Eggs, bread, avocado, butter, variety of veggies, seafood, cheese.
Why? Because they’re my favorites.1 -
Cottage cheese (or greek yogurt if I'm desperate)
Protein powder as a mix in
Liquid eggs (used to be one egg until I broke some fingers and I had trouble cracking an egg on a good day)/egg whites
Cereal
Cinnamon bread (I got scolded from my oral surgeon for saying toast...it's just easier to say!)
Chocolate
Cookies
Banana
Cantalope (or butternut squash if they're out)
A corn thin with whipped cream cheese and low sodium turkey0 -
chicken, rice, beans, whole milk yogurt, sweet potato, corn- or oat-meal, something green.0
-
Chicken almost every day and cheese. Can’t think of anything else at the moment lol0
-
Coffee. Every morning 😉0

Coffee. Heavy cream.
Eggs most days with breakfast.
Bacon most days with breakfast.
Sausage links most days for dinner.
Most days those breakfast meals, taken after 2 p.m., include an ounce of frozen chopped greens.
Some days, those dinners, include a vegetable and cheese.

no - I make sure to get red meat 4 days a week - sorry I dangled my participle - that was disgusting
I took it as a joke -- that you should be eating steak every day of the week, so if you're only eating it four days a week, your week must be only four days long.0 -
Egg burrito, salad, eggs, some kind of meat, often pork.0

Fairlife 2% milk. It has 13g protein and less sugar than other brands of milk. (It usually is breakfast, and sometimes a snack.)1
