Everything but dinner, especially during the workweek, is exactly the same for me. I might throw some extra fruit/veggie snacks into my day as well.

    Breakfast
-Jimmy Dean turkey sausage, egg white, and cheese sandwich on English muffin
    -low-fat cottage cheese with blueberries
    -black coffee

    Morning Snack:
    - low sugar oatmeal

    Lunch:
-Turkey and Havarti sandwich on seeded ancient grain bread with lettuce, tomato, mayo

    Afternoon Snack:
    -vanilla bean Icelandic yogurt

    Dinner:
-Varies every night! I usually cook, sometimes eat out

    Treat:
    -square of dark chocolate, usually

@just_Tomek I absolutely love this milk..it’s my chocolate treat not just an after workout drink. More importantly for me...I’m trying to get what I need from the food I eat and not spend on supplements/powders to add to my food. Those powders can come with additional sugars/carbs which I definitely don’t need😬.

Eggs, bread, avocado, butter, variety of veggies, seafood, cheese.

    Why? Because they’re my favorites.

Cottage cheese (or greek yogurt if I'm desperate)
Protein powder as a mix in
Liquid eggs (used to be one egg until I broke some fingers and I had trouble cracking an egg on a good day)/egg whites
    Cereal
Cinnamon bread (I got scolded from my oral surgeon for saying toast...it's just easier to say!)
    Chocolate
    Cookies
    Banana
Cantalope (or butternut squash if they're out)
A corn thin with whipped cream cheese and low sodium turkey

    Coffee. Heavy cream.
    Eggs most days with breakfast.
    Bacon most days with breakfast.
Sausage links most days for dinner.

Most days those breakfast meals, taken after 2 p.m., include an ounce of frozen chopped greens.
Some days, those dinners, include a vegetable and cheese.

Most days cheese with snacks. Those are a variety of cheeses.

My dad used to, now he’s more of a White Russian a night. Apparently they are easier on the stomach lol.

Chicken - protein drink and bars - peppers - vegetables - low carb tortillas - steak 4 times a week

So your week is only 4 days?

no - I make sure to get red meat 4 days a week - sorry I dangled my participle - that was disgusting

I took it as a joke -- that you should be eating steak every day of the week, so if you're only eating it four days a week, your week must be only four days long.

Fairlife 2% milk. It has 13g protein and less sugar than other brands of milk. (It usually is breakfast, and sometimes a snack.)

The only things that I regularly consume absolutely every day are fruit and tea. Otherwise, I like variety and mix up my meals a lot.
