    7 days since weighing. Down 1.2 pounds. Have committed this time around to lose 1lb per week, possibly less. It's hard to realize that the older I am, the harder it is to lose and dropping 5lbs in a week is just not realistic anymore. I'm trying to re-set that thought process and commit to logging every day and losing 1lb per week.

    Looking at all the posters' numbers, and seeing your 'slow but sure' numbers coming down - had I committed to this 2 months ago, I would be down 8lbs by now!

    10 Dec: 172 :( Treadmill 30mins. Felt a tweek lower back in the last 2 mins, been uncomfortable all day.Will probably take a break tomorrow.

    13 Dec: 14st 7.7 (+1.0lb / -4.4lb).Β  Only ate just over 900 cal yesterday - had planned a special pudding to have once kids had gone to bed, but started having horrendous period cramps, so just crawled in bed andΒ  stayed there and never finished what I had planned to eat.Β  Will have to figure out how to fit it into today's budget!Β  Assuming the fluctuations are TOTM relates so trying not the get frustrated with an increase in the scales!

    Going a little easier on my goal this month as I didn't make goal last month. Missed by 0.3lbs!

    1 December 274.6 up from yesterday by 1.3lbs. Too much exercise and not enough water! I'll learn eventually!

    2 December 274.1 down a little from yesterday but still 0.8lbs above my November low! Keep drinking the water!

    3 December 275.2 Not pleased with this but I have a really nasty water infection which I suspect is causing issues as I've not changed anything diet wise.

    4 December 274.2 Better but not great. Water infection still going strong. Have meds now so fingers crossed it goes soon.

    5 December 273.9 Better again but still 0.6lbs over my lowest so far. Water infection improving though so hopefully that'll show in tomorrow's weigh in.

    6 December 271.1! Finally I get a woohoo moment! Now at my lowest weight since October 2013. Maybe, just maybe goal is possible this month because I REALLY don't want to go back up just for Christmas! My best present is weighing less than I do now. :)

    I've lost a little more than 20 pounds since late July, but I've been slipping up lately and not hitting my calorie target as consistently as I was earlier in the process. My goal for December is to finish the year strong and get back into the "normal" BMI range (<157 lbs).

    Back again. Starting the month out with a bit of inflated number due to way to much alcohol, food from Thanksgiving, eating out the last couple of days, and had a 5 day weekend with my family. Hopefully once I get back to work on Monday it will drop off fairly quickly. My lowest in November right before Thanksgiving was 137.7 and I am hoping to be back in the 130's by the end of the first week.

    May gained: 1.1 pounds (149.3)
    June lost: 3.4 pounds (145.9)
    July lost: 2.2 pounds (143.7)
    August lost: 0.1 pounds (143.6) maintained
    September lost: 2.7 pounds (140.9)

    This month I have so many events centered around eating. If I can get to 135, I will be thrilled. I was 137.2 before the Thanksgiving weekend, I think the first 3 pounds will come off easy, but not sure if I will lose any more this month. It is definitely going to be a yo-yo on the scales with all the big food events.

    01 Dec: 140.2 😬 gained 3 pounds over the weekend at my mother-in-laws for Thanksgiving. I am sure much of it was water weight, but I also enjoyed the meals and pies.

But tonight I have a Company dinner at Maestros Ocean Club, so fun, so yummy and so many calories πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹. Then tomorrow night my daughter's graduation partyπŸ₯‚πŸΎπŸŽ“πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“, so much fattening food and celebration! I will be fighting to recoop my weight again next week, but that will be the story of December.
