Dec 1: 241.6. My goal this month is a little light, i would rather set it to 230, knowing i have some water weight right now, but i also know i have Christmas with both sets of in-laws this month.
Dec 8: out of town, no scale
Dec 15: 239.4. I'll be honest, I am surprised to be below 240 today. I have one more week of school before break, with my husband's birthday and his family's Christmas standing between me and my next weigh-in for this challenge. Don't think I will reach my 235 goal, but I can make small gains and keep from going the other direction. 10 degrees this morning, so going for a run was not going to happen. Hope it warms up a little over break.

I’m happy I lost 4# this week. Been playing around with shortening my eating window (no evening snacks & later b-fast) and my body is responding! Still my December goal is a stretch goal given it will be holiday and off my routine. But I’m liking the progress so hoping I stay w/the current trend!7 -

Last week I didn’t weigh on the same day/time. So, I wasn’t sure with the numbers. Hey-ho this week I did remember to weigh on my usual day and time and all seems well.
I just have to say that, I’m giving myself a pat on the back for staying focused and motivated this week and not getting derailed!!! All 3 of my kids fell ill one after the other. Sleeplessness was a STRUGGLE especially when my baby fell ill.... I just had to share my NSV.7 -

I have not weighed in this Monday morning, but staying on track, under my calorie goal, will do it next Monday. It's just so cold (with the broken boiler) that I wear layers to sleep and my scale is in the freezing cold bathroom 😕 it should be replaced this week5

I started December 1st with an inflated weight due to my Holiday Dinner the night before. So I am revising my goal to reflect the end of November weight (my lowest) and my goal to lose all of the gain during Thanksgiving plus 5 pounds. Maybe I’m dreaming, but I’m going to give it one heck of a shot!

Dec 1: 144.4 gained almost 7 pounds on our 5 day Thanksgiving vaca. This is what sodium, alcohol, and carbs look like on me.
