    I lived in CO for 2-yrs so am very familiar with Estes. Spent a lot of time in the spring/summer running the steps at Red Rocks.

    Meal Prepping for the week ahead, Fajitas with spanish brown rice, and canned refried beans. Also updating MFP meals and foods for this week to make logging extra convenient.
