Strength training apps

Hi all, I'm a beginner to all of this and looking for some support on apps that will help me with a strength training routine.
The plan to begin with is 3 x strength training sessions a week

1 day - push
1 day - pull
1 day - legs

and then on Saturday my local 5k Park run.

Do any of you use an app that creates a workout for you, based on the above?

    I currently am doing a full body workout with dumbbells 3x a week and am seeing results. Currently I alternate the strength with cardio and take 1 x a week rest day. It's been working out for me!
