    12/19 133.6 I know my progress is veeeeerrrrrryy slooooooow but I am okay with it. I'm not deprived, and am exercising regularly so feel good about healthy and moderate living. The one thing I could have less of is sugar. I feel so addicted 😭

    12/26. 134 I thought I posted for yesterday but can't find it! Anyway, last evening I was desperate for sweets and there's cookies all over the place. So I decided to have a a few chips and salsa and that took care of my craving.
    12/27 134.2 I have four days till my trip. I better make them count! Upped my resistance on the elliptical this week and it's been manageable! But ultimately I have to remember what I read once : "you can't outrun your fork". The hard time is after dinner. I have to find a solution for that.

    12/28 127.8 Bit of bouncing up/down right now because I've been letting the homemade fudge find a home in my belly, but restraint (and a brand-new year!) is on the way. I am ending this round feeling great, guys! For the first time in who knows how long, I'm feeling CONFIDENT that I can meet all my weight goals in the coming year. Because I have learned what works for me. I've lost 30 lbs and- though I am experiencing some fluctuations, which is no surprise during the holidays- I'm maintaining a more comfortable weight.     12/19 180.9 Yessss! I guess this is what McDonald's and Pizza Hut on the same day does LOL :D Could've used this loss yesterday but oh well! I'm going to be visiting family on the 26th-30th so probably won't be able to weigh in. I'm going to go hard until then and try reaaally hard to maintain a deficit while travelling.
