Jan. 6: OK. Here we go...Fri Jan 3 ~ weighed in @ 171.2 ~ I'm really hoping that this time my "plateau" is finally OVER!! I just have 1or2 questions: Why, oh WHY do cough drops have to have calories?! 💔 And if I cough my head off for a week, does that count as exercise?? 😷😜😂

I think so too!! LOL...My chest has been hurting for days now ~ I have asthma but have not been having trouble breathing thank God...it's just this nagging cold I caught from my daughter that started the day after Christmas. At least I was well on the big day so I was able to have everyone over!! We had so much fun!! The adults teamed up against the grandkids for an indoor snowball fight...I think it's gonna be a new tradition! 🤣☃0 -

I had achieved my goal last Winter and gone into maintenance. I hope y'all don't mind a maintainer in here as an interloper. When you get to your goal, you'll see that maintenance is still a challenge. I have mostly stayed within my goal range, but have bounced around a bit.

January Actual: I gained a little weight this week, but less than a third of a pound by both scale weight and ten-day average.
Challenge Weight loss goal: Range between 142-148
Actual Weight loss for the challenge: I am still in my maintenance range, and in fact right near the middle. This should make me feel great, but I try to stay towards the lower end, and I haven't seen it for a while.2 -
Not a good start, but I'm not giving up! I'm going to exercise on the weekends and try to after work, but it depends on how my ankles feel

Currently doing keto and 18:6 IF a well a running ~20 miles per week. I am looking to drop the extra pounds to get faster and feel better before some big summer trail running goals.1 -
I’m starting with you. I hope to lose 20 pounds but it’s ok if I won’t. I’m breastfeeding (just in case I’m not cutting calories) so I’m just basically cutting out sugar and drinking more water. Preparing for serious dieting after I finish breastfeeding and getting myself in the routine.
