Ok guys LETS DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A new year. Lets make it a better one! :)

SO I CHALLENGE YOU TOO MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU choose your mode of exercise/steps and come here as often as you can and log your progress....GOOD LUCK!

As you know I am having Back/knee issues. IF this last Prednisone pack does not work I will be seeing a Specialist Dr as we think the knee problem is back related.... I WILL STILL DO AS MUCH AS I CAN because I am NOT one too give up!!!!!!!!!!!!

My personal challenge is too try and get in 100 Miles of Walking for January 2020!

    I averaged over 14,000 steps a day in December, but I'll keep my goal to a more modest 13,000 steps with winter here. When the roads are wet, snowy, or icy, I tend to log fewer steps on my pedometer for the same amount of walking.

    I have a less than sterling recumbent exercise bike that doesn't keep track of distance so I keep track of time. I usually ride it for about two hours a day.

    :) I am very active. If I don't more when I am active, my body wouldn't have enough fuel to operate. I found out about how many calories I burn by using a heart rate monitor, not by using what MFP says.

    SORRY...SO SORRY I've not been able too check in on everyone. As well as having continued knee pain and not being able too start the Prednisone regimen because I GOT THE FLU!!!!!!!! I've been sick all week. First day of feeling a bit better. Frustrating when one takes a Flu shot and still get the flu. ....

    You guys carry on. Even though I can't work on the challenge right now I will still check in on everyone...

    I averaged over 14,000 steps a day in December, but I'll keep my goal to a more modest 13,000 steps with winter here. When the roads are wet, snowy, or icy, I tend to log fewer steps on my pedometer for the same amount of walking.

    I have a less than sterling recumbent exercise bike that doesn't keep track of distance so I keep track of time. I usually ride it for about two hours a day.
