Having other people in the office ask me what my "left overs" are then mention that it smells and looks awesome to the point they want to try some...
...And it's super healthy hahaha!18 -
Apparently due to my pregnancy, I am completely turned off by sweets. I find myself curling my lip in disgust at things I used to pine for. I simply don't want them nor have any interest in them. Even took a bite of my favorite chocolate the other day, spit it back out, and nearly dry heaved.
Thank you, baby! Lmao23 -

I like to take before & after photos to note the differences. Seeing my comparison photo this morning made me realize how far I’ve come!! I used to wear a 3/4X & now wear a small/medium. I also could barely walk down the street or up the stairs & now exercise 6 out of 7 days of the week!! 💖💪💕
That is fantastic progress! Well done!5 -
Shopping in my YOUNG and SKINNY daughter's closet or you reap what you sow...
WOW! My daughters came over a couple of weeks or so ago and went "shopping" in my closet and actually took so much stuff (that's CUTE and I can fit) that it wonderfully and unexpectedly super "de-cluttered/slimmed down" my closet big time. WELL...one of my daughter just dropped by with a big bag of WOW. She decluttered her closet to make room for all the stuff I gave her. This bag is filled with THE CUTEST tops, beautiful and cool scarves and really cool/hip sunglasses, earrings, a couple of fashionable and CUTE watches and a leather motorcycle jacket--ALL size small, ALL I can fit. Such a pleasant and uber welcomed ultra surprise. Wow and YAY, and of course, BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!28 -
One NSV I didn't count on was better sleep. Now that I've been exercising faithfully for a month, I sleep less fitfully and wake up more refreshed. Who knew? (everyone probably, ha ha) It sure helps to tackle your day not feeling so groggy. Love all the progress pics for motivation!24

I went and visited my storage locker on the other side of the city today and took out all my clothing stored. Most of it is stuff that didn't fit before that now fits. Some of it is large stuff that I will donate when I have sorted through it. About three or four things are very small things that I have kept from the past but are in great condition. They're my new goal clothes and I can't wait to fit them. I'm not really that far off fitting them - maybe a couple of months?15

Craved a hot meat pie, but chose a salad and beef croissant instead and it was just what I needed:)11

I'm shaking as I type this: My surgery is now officially scheduled. By springtime, I'll have regained mobility and will be pain-free.
My injury and pain were not caused by my weight, yet multiple doctors rejected me for a host of weight/nutrition related reasons. It took 147 days of determination, but the day finally came that they couldn't reject me anymore because the reasons are gone.
Six months ago, I couldn't really believe I could do it. Inch by inch, I made better and better food choices which I carefully logged here, with you folks cheering me on and sharing your own victories, which helped build my confidence. YOU ARE THE BEST!55 -
My NSV was CRUSHING my Apple Watch’s achievements this week, including perfect move, exercise, and the New Year! (could’ve had stand and new year if i didn’t get 11/12 on New Year’s Day). I was running quite a bit around this time last year and injured myself, so it feels good to be back and knowing I’m doing this smarter and safer than before.15

This may sound silly... But I was reaching up for something above my mirror stand and let out an audible and involuntary gasp of surprise because OMG there was a reflection of an amazing set of abdominal muscles! *kitten*! I'm looking really strong now! It's awesome!
On another note, I recently exceeded my goal of lowering my body fat %, and am now on the low end of my age/height/etc. group. I am officially lean and fit!30 -
Had a death in the blended family this week, no problems until THAT side started doing what they do best, which is thinking up ways to make THEIR responsibilities MY problem, even while they sit there with the whole week off and I have to work. The NSV is that I did not turn to a huge plate of spaghetti and a bottle of Merlot to cope with the stress.23

I had a similar thing...
...Who knew that losing a few lbs would result in no longer snoring?11 -

This morning was tough. Really tough after the Christmas shut down; but I powered through and did it anyway and now I feel fabulous *grins*
Heard that. Back to the gym this morning after a couple of weeks off. One thing I have learned on this journey - I am always glad that I have gone to the gym after the workout is done. That has motivated me to drag my carcass out of bed several times.11 -
I went out for a walk today. The temp was in the teens. I had so many layers on I looked like a line backer! I thought I might keep it quick and do a smaller loop, but I hit my stride and did my normal 4.5 mi route!32 -
I want to share this one... 14 months ago, I was wearing 34 sized jeans (and they were very tight). Today I comfortably wore a size 31. I'm so thrilled!28
