Jan 5: 14st 3.1 (-0.3lb / -1.3lb)Β Ended up unexpectedly at a party yesterday afternoon/evening.Β Tried to resist the cake/buffet food, but after 3hrs there I relented!Β Was not too bad though, and made an effort to track.
Jan 6: 14st 2.5 (-0.6lb / -1.9lb) Bit more encouraging!Β
Jan 7: 14st 1.5 (-1.0lb / -2.9lb) Tracking and lots of steps.Β Also had lots of water yesterday.
Jan 8: 14st 0.4 ( -1.1lb / -4.0lb) Having a bit of a whoosh - needing to wee all the time!
Jan 9: 14st 0.0 (-0.4lb / -4.4lb)Β so far, really please with progress this month.Β (As a note: TOTM started yesterday, so expect strangeness on scale over next 5 days)

Hi everyone, after four weeks of travel, holidays, family, and friends I am back with a little extra baggage. My goal of maintaining during this time was...well, I gained almost 8lb. So happy to be reunited with my scale, my kitchen, my pilates studio, and the other environmental things that help with good habits. Happy new year, and look forward to celebrating your successes here in 2020!

December was not my best month. I finally had reached maintenance the first couple of weeks of the month and then lost it after that. I am up about 5 pounds from where I want to be. Hoping a lot of this is water weight and will drop fairly quickly.
