    Joining! I need a push to work out indoors during the ice and snow and dark of winter, so this challenge is perfect for me. I'm no beast, and 24 hours may be a stretch, but here goes nothing.

    1) 1:01 walked 3.1 mi treadmill + cool down
    2) 0:33 workplace lunchtime mindful hike .54 mi
    3) Rest day
    4) Stomach flu ~ ick!
    5) Zero energy
    6) 25% energy
    7) 50% energy & back at work
    8) Feeling almost normal ~ being gentle with myself
    9) 0:23 weights/circuit (home version) [before work] / workplace lunchtime hike cancelled due to freezing drizzle & icy conditions
    10) 0:49:36 [evening] walked in Frenzy on the Fox 5K ave. pace 15:29
    11) 2:00 undecorated/light cleaning
    12) 1:02 walked 3.21 mi treadmill + cool down [after church] / 1:00 undecorated/light cleaning

    Total = 6h 48m

    I wondered why you were so low for you. You always kicked but and rack up the hours.
    Then I saw VACATION. Hope you had a great one!!
