Goal weight this month January 2020: 132.5 lbs I know this is a really high goal, but I think some of this is water weight and will come off quickly. 😁

1/10: 242.5 ( -0.4; -4) stayed in calories. Got 10k steps but worked a night shift. Weigh in always higher the next day. Happy it still went down 😁
1/11: 241.1 (-1.4; -5.4) yay!!! Didn't hit my step goal yesterday but stayed under calories and felt good about my eating.
1/12: 241.5 (+0.4; -5.0) didn't get my water in yesterday and also had some adult beverages. Expected worse so I'm happy. Work night shift tonight so I will get in water. Weigh in may be messed up tomorrow.
1/13: 241.2 (-0.3; -5.3). Weighed in later in the day. Dog died and I'm struggling not to eat my emotions.
1/14: 241.5 (+0.3; -5.0) Struggled with not eating emotions yesterday. Didn't log. Today will be better.

This morning I ordered a new blender on Amazon and I can’t wait to get it! The old Kohl’s specia just isn’t cutting it any more. It was fine until I started enjoying smoothies in the morning. A nice chunk or strawberry isn’t so bad. A chunk of raw ginger or a kale leaf isn’t quite as palatable!

Canadian living in Denmark. Did this for a month in August and then lost motivation when I hit a plateau and gained everything back and more since November. I'm struggling beyond belief to lost my last pregnancy weight from 2 years ago. I was 46 so I definitely see the difference in the ability to lose weight between this pregnancy and my earlier one in my 30's. I have about 25 lbs to go to pre-pregnancy weight.
