Awesome to see so many new faces!!! Welcome to all the people who just joined this site (I LOVE MFP) and to those of you who its your first challenge. Its a great one As others have mentioned it really gets you motivated to work out 24 hours. I didn't complete it last month so I really want to complete the challenge!
