    @shunggie I'm sure that they are used to it...Probably better that you heeded their advice, rather than passing out. THAT wouldn't have made a good impression, for sure! :D

    @bearly63 One of my “favorite” stories of eating a salad at a restaurant was about 10 years ago when I was doing WW. This place had WW points on the menu and I made a good choice. My husband picked a not WW item - apple walnut (I think) salad. He ate the whole “healthy” thing. I looked up the nutrition when we got home - 1600 calories! YIKES!!!! And he needed to eat something more, later at home.
